How long does it take to receive a sash ordered from SassySash.com?
We currently offer 3 shipping methods: Standard, Standard Expedited, and
Rush Delivery. Standard delivery is $6.95 and you will receive your Sassy
Sash in 10-14 business days. Standard Expedited is $21.95 and you will
receive your Sassy Sash in 7-10 business days. Rush Delivery is $31.50 and
you will receive your Sassy Sash in 3-5 business days. Please note that
these delivery times are based on single orders. If you are placing a bulk
order, delivery dates may vary. Sashes are mailed using the United States
Postal Service on a 2-3 business day Priority Mail service. If you are
needing your Sassy Sash shipped faster, please contact us
info@sassysash.com as we can always make special accommodations to
ensure you get your sash in time for your special event.

The painted outline around the letters help each phrase stand out, especially in photographs. We recommend choosing an outline color to highlight your phrase. However, if you would prefer one without an outline color please contact us and we’ll work it out so you receive exactly what you want.
What is the difference between a Pre-Selected, Featured and Customized Sash?
Pre-Selected Sashes are $21.95 and are pre-made in the colors/details shown and are ready to ship. These sashes are great if you are in a hurry or just can’t decide which sash to get.
Featured Sashes are $23.95 and highlight special events and occasions with unique fabrics, funky designs, or special embellishments. These Featured Sashes will only be available in limited quantities. So once they are sold out, they cannot be ordered again.
Customized Sashes are $25.95 and allow you to customize every detail of the sash. The site will walk you through a step-by-step process to build your own SassySash from sash color, font color, font, font outline and phrase!
Are SassySash sashes washable?
Although it is not recommended that you wash your custom SassySash, all materials used to produce them allow them to be machine washable. If you are going to wash your SassySash, wash with like colors in COLD water on the gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang to dry. CAUTION: If you had guests sign your sash with a Sharpie or other magic marker, fading is likely.
We will try and offer a new Featured Sash every couple of months according to special events coming up. If you have any suggestions for a Featured Sash, please contact us.
Featured Sashes are available in limited quantities; if you are wanting a previous Featured Sash, please contact us. If we have that particular Featured Sash left in stock, we would be glad to send it to you.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept personal checks through our website. If you have an issue concerning payment, please contact us and we would be glad to accommodate you.

We prefer to receive photos at 72 dpi with a pixel height of at least 500. If you are not sure if your picture matches these specifications, please go ahead and send your photo to photogallery@sassysash.com and if there are any problems we will contact you.
